Achievements Bugged?

"Have a 4 person party full of perks" and "have a 4 person party full of wounds" aren't triggering for me.

You are correct. Recent changes have affected these achievements. I have updated the game so they should all work correctly now. Also I updated the file names on the Achievement Guide so they should load correctly if you download them. Thanks for letting me know.
