Full Screen Issue Fix

TL;DR
1. Press F3
2. Click and drag the white top bar of the window menu
3. Press F1


Since switching to a Monogame build of the game, there has been a problem with the full screen display. You may notice that it shows the window behind the task bar and is not quite full screen.

So far, there hasn't been much luck in solving the issue so I wanted to at least put out a temporary fix until a real solution can be found. Simply switch to a smaller window size, either through the pause menu or press the F3 key. Then click on the white top bar of the window menu and drag the window. Then just switch back to Full Screen again.
