Mouse Sens 200% is max? Still too low.

Playing at 3820x2160 the games mouse sens is extremely poor.
200% and I still gotta swipe ~20cm to do a 180. Im not playing CS, so I shouldnt have to do that.

what dpi is your mouse? I don't think I have much problem with any mouse acceleration, but my old Sidewinder X8 here goes up to 4000dpi...which is where it stays at most of the time. Now days i don't think a mouse should be made under 3000dpi.

I had to turn up my mouse sensitivity as well, and it was at 200% in-game. I agree the options are poor. Would ideally like about 250%.

if you go into the folder where your savegames are (documents\my games\FarmingSimulator2015) and open the inputbindings.xml with notepad you can change the 2nd line to achieve a speed above what you can set in game.

mine looks like:
mouseSensitivityScaleX="3.500000" mouseSensitivityScaleY="3.500000"

which would represent 350% in game if the slider went this far.

Thanks Fidelio, i had the same "problem" , now my mouse speed is much better.

Editing the inputbindings.xml in Notepad++ works great, except that as soon as I turn the game off, it rewrites the inputbindings.xml and restores the 1.000000. Anyone have ideas about how to defeat this, or will I just have to re-edit inputbindings.xml every time? Thanks!

Mark the file as Read Only by right-clicking it and going to Properties.

I'm using COSY vertical mouse. I was having the same problem. Both FS15 and FS17... The mouse sensitivity was so weak that I didn't know what to do, but I solved it after reading this article. Thank you! I almost got a refund!
