Farming Simulator 15 On Windows XP

Has anyone tried to run FS15 on XP with good hardware and driver updates? I have heard a lot about how it can work although the back of the box says it is not supported. So... has anyone tried it and had it work?

Generally if the box says its not supported, its not supported, I wouldn't chance it personally. Upgrade to 7.

It runs on my old desk top, 3 gig memory 512mb gpu.
Mind you its a bit choppy at times, but if you have a better gpu than that it might be better.
I only did it for a test coz people said it wouldnt run on mine but they are wrong

That's good to hear. I was going to test on my XP box the next time I went home. Its a DX9 game so it should indeed run.

Make sure you browse to the install directory and choose the 32bit/64bit exe as applicable.

Well apologies for being cavalier, I somehow thought you already had the game on your account.

So! I must now advise you wait for Grazer to reconfirm;

OR keep checking the current Humble Bundle Spring sale (every day new sales) last HB sale FS15 key was 33% off. That sale runs thru the weekend.

OR wait another month for the Steam Summer sale. Last Steam sale FS15 and DLC was 50% off.

OR If you simply can not wait, ask on the Giants Forum and get a speedy answer from the dev's or user. From Googling, several users have reported they can run just fine. I did not run across any that said they could not.

Don't. It's not supported on XP, and if you tell people that it works, they might go out and buy it only to find that it doesn't work in THEIR machine.

As i posted the other day i only did it for a test,
i run my main game on win 7 64 bit 8 gig of ram an a 2gig gpu
Like the guys say it might not be supported for XP try to find out if it is before buying

It runs on Windows XP 64-bit Service Pack 3. My computer meets and exceeds all minimum requirements besides operating system, but it still runs. You need to make sure your computer has the system specs required and an updated version of XP as well as updated drivers for your hardware before you even consider buying this game. When in doubt, don't buy.
