sys ram 16gb
vram 2gb
OS 64bit
Are you playing x64 (64bit ver) ?
How much sys ram ?
How much vram?
64bit os?
GPU drivers up to date?
I have around 15 mods,100 chickens, 100 cows, playing the 64 bit verion with no problems. MY sys ram usage is around 4.5gb in game.
FS 15 sys Requirements is 3gb (no mods). FS15 + my 64 bit OS +15mods uses more than 4gb of sys ram(around 4.5gb). If you don't use any texture mods 1.5 gb vram video card is more than enough for max settings at 1080p(my vram usage @ 1080p max settings is around 1.2 gb.
I7 41?? something
16Gb DDr3
Win8 64bit
Samsung SSDs
Nvidia GTX 760 (2gb)
Sometimes steam runs the (x86)32bit version automatically, try this:
Click windows start button, go to my computer find steam folder in (Program files x86) - steamapps - common -farming simulator 2015 - x64 - double click farmingsimulator 2015 exe and run it from your desktop.
That sounds like a lot of work. ;) I was hoping for a fix, not a workaround though.
@Scarecrow
I do have hens, but they did fine in the first 100 hours.
@Vaupell
If your game crashes again, before you 'reset' your computer, instead wait about 5 mintues to see if it kicks you to desktop. If so, that means we may have the same issue.
Run the FS15 exe from desktop from the x64 folder. Sometimes steam runs x86 automatically.
I run all my steam x64 (64bit) exe games from desktop because steam on some games like Euro truck simulator 2, Kerbal space program launches x86 (32bit) automatically.

For me the only game that crashes is kerbal after installing mods. But this game the only thing that happening is balers dropping bales after resetting the baler that can only be picked up manually. I have 500 chickens. I'm also have an issue with chippers not eating through all the wood i give it and some pieces won't go through. Wondering if anyone else seen this problem and know how to prevent it or something.
Too many mods in the 32bit version causes crashes because 32bit programs are limited to 3.2GB of RAM use.
To play steam ver of kerbal in 64 bit you have to run from desktop (KSP_x64.exe). Steam runs the game in 32bit, that's why you have problems with mods.
I run FS15 exe x64 (64bit) from desktop and have no memory problems, no crashes.
