That is not correct. Its in beta, openly discussed in the forum and has been available for a few weeks. Look for the map Bjorn Holm New Design Final to see it in action.

Sorry buddy. I gave you two methods to get the beta: Read the forum posts, download the lua and make the needed changes to the 2013 WPC or export it out of the map I gave.

I'm sure they will release the final version soon.

I understand, there are so many awesome mods for 2013.
