Sandy bay is a normal sized map..

Think theres a thread with a lot of big maps mentioned in it on here.. about a month old or something like that..

did you get all the mods they tell you to? and you need to be on foot, not in vehicles..

u have to get of tractor walk to gate then press o on keyboard...then gates will open

I play on a map called Graceland. One of my very favorites. Has a very realistic style to it and is great for large scale farming. Check it out.
