Any way to get rid of goons.

Are there any other ways of removing a goon from your "squad" other than killing them?

If not the developers should add a feature like that.

I dont think that is possible other than possibly editing savegame file but I haven't tried to do so.

So far, the only way to get rid of them is to kill them. Stand them in front of your shooting range at the hideout and fire at the range. The bullets will hit the goons instead.
