Where is my save?

Booted this up for the first time after the patch and discovered I'd lost nearly all of my progress. Granted, I wasn't overly far into the city, but I had several hundred people and a good industrial block up and running.

Load it up today, and it's all the way back to my original save with only one housing block and a pop of 16. The hell did this patch do to my save?

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Focus Home Interactive\Cities XXL

if you then look in

.\live\offline\solo

you will see your saves and auto saves

other directories have like player config and other stuff

Thanks. I'll look there. Is there a way to make it always save properly? Or will I have to repeat this process every time I load? This never happened to me with older XL games.

Can't find the right file. Only files from today when I hopped on to play. :(

Okay, I found it. Now how do I make it the actual save that will open when I select the city on the world screen?

just open the save

then when in map go to menu

click on save icon

click on a save and it will load

dont overwrite it (so dont click on the save icon in the save image)

save is for both save and load (bad ui design)
