there is cheat

play game bring up options menu and then go to cheat menu

You can also use the same CHEAT menu to add extra tokens. These allow you to trade more commodities or bring money in from another city (including the in-built Omnicorp). This can help you take your bdget out of the red.

Otherwise, if it's for budget balance, high rise offices are good to make money. ;o)

What cheat menu? There IS no cheat menu, how do I access it?
