I really like the addition of mines, but I'm a little doubtful that soldiers in WWII would actually throw mines at passing tanks!
No you cant lay them but Pioneers throw them like a discus, which is possible for it weighing 9.1kg.
In WW2 the Gemans used many tactics and weapons to take tanks out and used the Tellermine 42 and 35 like AT Grenades. They would place them on the "K.O Punte" (Knock out points) of a tank and would work in Panzerknackers Teams while carrying two mines per man, they then would get as close as possible and arm the mine and place it under the base of the turret or under the tracks and then race to a safe distance. If there's one AT device i'd like to see its the Hafthohlladung.

It's great that infantry can now deal with tanks, as opposed to early GT:OS, where one light tank was basically invincible and would tour the battlefield unopposed, wiping out 3 platoons of feckless infantry.
I assume that most (non AT/engineer) platoons won't be equipped with too many Tellermans, because we don't want it to be too easy.
Yes you are right as in the Tellermine were usually buried and as you said it is too heavy to throw like a discus so i was wrong there but there are reports of Pioneer's using them like AT grenades, not throwing like in game but placing them or chucking them from a few meters. From 41-43 the Germans had to try many tactics too break up tank packs and kill them individually. For example if you search Major Gerhard Konopka a "Panzerknacker" ace of Panzergrenadier Division Grossdeutschland he Destroyed 4 tanks in late 42. He got 2 in Fall Blau and 2 in Rhzev and he was commader of the GD 1's Stabskompanie Pionierzug ,so he served with Pioneers who would have Tellermine's and would use them in these ways. In fact heres a pic of one the GD training sessions in April 43, Ukraine he was teaching NCO's many ways to take a tank out and here's one of them. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/fd/ce/21/fdce21fedac18db23717f0f14c146538.jpg
The discus thing is a little bit OP imo.
Forcing engineers to approach tanks would at least put them at risk, as it is now they can crouch in a trench and hurl mines accurately over considerable distances, which is not only OP it's very unrealistic.
When I say combat frisbee I do not mean that literally. It is quite heavy.
FYI. When I made the mine and was trying to get them to throw not stupid far I gave it up and gave the model to gravi. It looks like they had issues there too. Even setting it up in the config it seemed to ignore the setting up the max range at like 7 meters which is what I was trying to do for my little mod.
