How are devs doing amid the war in Ukraine?

If I remember correctly the developers are based in Kharkov, considering the current situation, does anybody know what is the status of dev team?

I heard every male is forbidden to leave Ukraine,and fighting of Kharkov is continuing, so how can the developers survive in the war?

I second this and also want to add that if the team sees this and theres any thing we can do to help , financially or otherwise , however small i'd be happy to try and help as they have given me 2500 hours of pure enjoyment.
