Kind of shame that stuff like this is problem if game wants to aim in realism.

Somebody should arrest Quentin Tarantino. Seriously who cares?
This is the bandage of a German medic. It has nothing to do with the red cross.
Can't agree on this one.
"In 1929 the Geneva Convention was signed by 47 governments which included Germany. (..) as well as the introduction of a common insignia to identify those involved in providing humanitarian care for the sick, wounded, and incapacitated, The agreement included specific regulations regarding the use of the Red Cross brassard for military and medical personnel involved in the care of wounded both armed and civilian. German Army (Heer) Medical Attendants (Sanitäter) were authorized to wear the red and white insignia of the Red Cross on uniforms to include combat helmets."
Well, it means that German medics wore a red cross and are also wearing in the game. What is the problem then?
But if so, how would anyone know how the cross looks like if you never see it before.
And i guess you are right, Headshotkill. If something is in game then many kids would recognize it, don't know why they are so weird about it.
