Problem reporting thread

Hey guys, we're creating a sub forum and thread on here to be your one stop shop to report any bugs, crashes or issues you spot while playing the game

To make things easier to identify for us, I'd like to recommend people use a template in posting your issues and anomalies, filling out as much detail as you can makes it easier for us to track things down.

Game Time: (how many minutes in to the match you were, if applicable)

Description of Issue:

This will help us quickly attempt to identify anything you deem to be needing a look at and potentially fix if it's deemed to be an issue, bug, anomaly or otherwise.

Any more information that you can add only helps us find it quicker. Screenshots, videos & dxdiags are more than welcome.

Description of Issue: I'm having massive and annoying frame drops while playing. I have everything set to the highest pre-set and I'm playing @ 1920x1080 resolution.

The game will hitch before tackles and when receiving the ball from a kick off or 5th tackle. It's really bad. Some times the game will drop to 30 frames and stay there until I pause the game then it will shoot back up to 60 frames.

Windows 10
i7 4790
Asus GTX 970 4GB OC Strix
8GB
Non SSD hard drive

I shouldn't have to lower the graphics and so on due to my pc far exceeding the recommended requirements.

how do you save, game doesn't seem to save progress, always like starting first time, graphics options revert back to starting options

I am having problems with the frame rate. The game runs fine in the menu, but as soon as i start a game it drops dramatically. I've been fiddling with the graphics and now whenever I try to go to the graphics settings the game just closes.

My Rig:
GPU: GeForce GTX 960
CPU: Intel i3-4160 @ 3.60GHz
Memory: 8GB
OS: Windows 7

Any help would be appreciated.

Description of Issue: No matter which mode I select the game crashes during game launch.

Can I get you to post the contents of the config.ini file that is in your "Documents\My Games\Rugby League Live 3" folder?

Just deleting that file will revert you back to the default graphics settings, which should let you back into that menu for now.

Are you still having this problem - the latest patch added in a fix for some issues relating to saves - I think it would have come out just after you made this post.

Description of issue: When I want to play a match or even just do drills the whole game would
just close. I haven't had any gametime because of this. Please help as soon as possible, I want to start playing.

I'm still having frameratre issues, the game is unplayable. Please help.

I got a problem in be a pro mode, not in match so i dont use template but,

My problem is that i dont have any contract offer at end of a season. Playing for Hull KR in super league it wrote on my player profile that i got contract until 2022 and under it an extansion for 2024 (for exemple)

Then time pass, no offer, and the contract with Hull is automaticly extanded... Tried to pass many season, still persist.

Crashing on Start-up with no crash message.

Game was running well until now. It will not load into the game after pressing 'Play' it'll run for a few seconds and then stop.
