Setting Fix FPS for RLL3

Anyone here know how to set fixed/max FPS for the game?

My Graphics cards running quite warm even at lowest settings! GTX 970 and 980 Strix

Run vSync (in-game option) or try toggling vsync on in the Nvidia control panel.

already disabled... but when i put game into low settings the FPS goes to like 150 even 200 FPS. I want to control the max FPS... Have tried signing up at BigAnt Forum but doesn't seem to function at moment...

Try downloading DxTory, and limiting the video FPS to 60.

Thank OI Mate... found out i can use RivaTuner that comes (installed) with MSI Afterburner
