Why I cant buy this game anymore ? 2018/2019

Because it's a Telltale game, and Telltale went down recently.

The game now belongs to someone else, or maybe the remains of the company are still on sale -- it's possible that the new owner will put it back into the store. Or they might just ignore it.

This game doesn thave a new owner its just its one of them got delist cause of the shut down but there is no news that this is owned by some one new its just removed

Why not keep seeling the games and put the money earned into an account for either the new owner (after sale) or covering existing debts?

Weirdly enough you can still buy some Telltale game, some got taken down. The Sam and Max ones are still available for purchase for example.

Its not Telltale that took the game down, its Universal/Comcast that own the rights to BTTF The game now.Like Batman is own by DC. I think whats happened is cause Telltale is no more,the contract they had with Universal for the rights to use BTTF properties is now canceled and goes back to Universal , so the game has now no right to use BTTF stuff so the game has now been pulled,Steam have no rights to sell it now cause of copyright to BTTF. Same with Jurassic Park The Game.

This is why its important to have games on disc,Steam has killed the PC disk market,and they killed off Game for Windows.a game on disc should not be tied down to one user so it can't be resold as preowned. If you buy a game now on disc it tied to Steam and it wrong,it shouldn't be, anyone should be able to use it and install it on any PC.they was a uproar when Microsoft was going to do that with there Xbox One games,how can you except this, I don't,this is the reason why no one buys PC game on disc no more,its to convenient to buy games now online,its like Music,no real stuff anymore,when you buy a game don't you want that feeling you have bought something and its in your hands,its the connection you have to feeling the DVD case,lucky you can still get Back To The Future The Game on PC DVD Rom(I just bought the last one on ebay,it cost me £14.99,but you never know when another one will pop up),its was made in 2010 so before Steam killed of the PC DVD Rom market.Steam has made it where there is no point of having a copy of the game on PCDVD Rom,when it downloads the games as soon as you put the CD key in its in your Steam library.Steam needs to be redesigned so the games on PC can be used by everyone.This is the only thing I HATE about Steam.Thanks Value for killing the PCCD/DVD market off..

If you have a PS4 or Xbox One, you can get the game on disc for that too but they are Season Pass discs so it only has the first episode on it,but it should have all 5 on there not just one in my opinion, you have to download the rest,if they have pulled the whole game then theses discs are worthless,(I wounder if they are backward or something,who's Idea was to make a stupid disc like this, they would fit on a blu-ray disc,relying on downloading the game again,stupid),anyway you should be able to still download the episodes with that disc.but if Comcast has pulled the whole game then these discs will not work,you only be able to play first episode.

People resell copies of this game out of steam for ~1,1$ and on promotions ~0,11$ Good game, I finished it recently :)

I purchased this game by googling 'Back to the Future' Steam key....I now have access via Steam, but the game does not load :(
