I have seen a few people complain about a "call stack error" at launch, but there's a few solutions for that on the hub it seems. Other than that, there's reports of rare crashs and not being able to pull off an alternate-press QTE despite users mashing away at their keyboards.
I imagine the PS4 version is almost identical to the PC version and with that comes the possibility for issues plaguing the PC release presenting themselves in the PS4 version as well as possible issues exclusive to the PS4 version.
It's totally up to you at the end of the day. I'd just grab the PC version and if you do have an issue - refund it if you can't get it to work.
Works flawlessly so far. :D GREAT GAME
Great to hear :)
Seems you are right:

That's disappointing and although people should read up on these things prior to purchasing, calling an upscaled ps2 version "remastered" is a bit dodgy IMO.
That aside, the release on PS4 seems to have a ton of issues. No idea why Aspyr didn't port their version over to PS4 but I'm glad I've been telling people to get it on Steam over the other platforms.
