All I can suggest is reading the text below (it comes from my guide for this game and although it relates to the tutorial, it's still helpful):
"With this first QTE, the A button and left arrow button lights up and you are expected to press those 2 keys at the same time. Do that correctly and you'll face another QTE where the D button and right arrow button lights up. Press the D key and right arrow key and that is the last QTE you'll face for now.
It's important to not get too stressed about these QTEs. Most of the time you don't have to get these QTEs 100% right, and pressing a wrong key and then the right key immediately afterwards is perfectly acceptable. In the main story the QTEs are more complex (and they will ask you to press just one key on occasion) so be mindful of that. If you're about to give up at some point of the game, you're more than welcome to change the difficulty at any time which will affect the difficulty of these QTEs."
