....sigh.
This means 63% for 3218 hands, 75% for 4461 hands, and 90% for 7409 hands. I feel a lot better.
Don't you think that with the game sped up obtaining this achievement is very easy. You still have to put some effort into it.
Think about it this way. To have the achievement, you have to do something. So even launching CE, making necessary adjustments, etc. are actions on their own. Together with actually playing the game they'll constitute an effort you put into your achievement. Speeding up the game, will just shorten the time until you finally get it, not unlock it immediately. If you simply sit there waiting for that bla-bla-blah nonsense (which, I bet, you are soo fed up with by now) is actually doing nothing (unless you count waiting as 'doing something' that is). In that respect not using speed hack is actually less effort (but more time). It is like workers instead of digging through a mountain would sit next to it waiting until it is removed by erosion.
Obviously if you freeze money, you can just set up an autofire and leave the mouse on the Check button - so every hand is played out - and leave it running overnight. And even then there's a good chance it won't happen in one night... I don't condone cheating but this achievement is so ridiculous that it seems almost wrong to play (read: be bored) for potentially hundreds of hours just to get it.
@F.o.B.: A straight needs all the same suits, not just red/black. So if some of those reds were hearts and others were diamonds, it wouldn't count. On the other hand, if the 3, 4, 5 and 6 were all the same suit, you would have got a straight flush with either a 2 or a 7 of that suit.
Seriously, I'm getting really tired of this stupid achievement. I most certainly played over 5000 hands since I started using cheatengine (before that it was like 1200 and I got all of the other achievements pretty quickly). Had 4/5 a few times but that's it :/ It just consumes time of endless clicking but I can't stop because it's driving me crazy not getting the last achievement.
