If you deleted your item, then you aren't able to reclaim it again. Neither in the Inventory or TF2. Sorry bout that..

This is old but if your internet was off when you got them you need to login with internet.

Nope. You discarded it. It's gone. You can either see if anyone has a tradable one from that short time when you could craft the items or you can get someone to gift wrap one and send it to you on an empty server. Either way, you'd better stack some metal.

I'd reccomend contacting Steam Support if your items are deleted. Just take a picture of the rewards you collected in either Poker Night game and send it to them with any info you have.

Do you have another pc?
use that one and download poker night on it and then you should be able to get all the items twice
