Uncensored version / patch ?
Is there an uncensored version anywhere? I can't seem to find one.
And what about the uncensoring patch?

There is none! Ghostlight only had access to the EU version of the game, thus unfortunately there's censorship. Don't blame Ghostlight in this case, but IFFY who gave GL only to work with the EU version.

Yeah, you're better off getting the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions.

...And a message to IF-chan (I know you're listening.) ...In the words of a true Gundam fan...YOU DUN GOUF'D.
Uhm Iffy isnt at fault here dude. Learn the truth first pls. Ghostlight CENSORED the game for the US AND EU because "they where not in the green with the contend, especiel the underage one, of the game". Thats the OFFICIAL response from ghostlight from back when Agarest Generations of War was released!

They disliked the contend and pushed their "publisher" power to the limit and sadly enogh to let Iffy remove said contend. Same went for Mugen Souls and other games from If/Compa that where PUBLISHED in the west via Ghostlight.

I'm wondering if it's even possible to extract the data from the PS3 version and somehow convert it to apply it onto the PC version. Maybe in the future?

I thought they did this with that exclusive Joker content that was on the PS3 version of Arkham Asylum. Some people much smarter than I somehow managed to get that content from the PS3 onto the PC and I was able to play it. Not knowing the details though, its possible those file could have been buried and locked away somewhere in the PC version to begin with.

Some know how to unpack game files and they obviously say it's easy. I however, don't know how to do that, with which programs to do that, etc. Would be nice if someone could do that with both versions of the game (if it's already not hidden somewhere on PC version (but disabled)). Then all that's left (likely.. not sure how it's with consoles) is either repacking the files, or converting missing files (so they work on PC) and then repacking.
