Nightcrawling AKA "Yobai" was a common practice way back in ancient Japan (up until the Meiji era) where unmarried dudes would steathily sneak into an unmarried woman's home, sneak into her bed, and make his intentions of wanting to have sex known. If the woman agrees to bang him, then they have sex until morning. The guy would leave by morning, and if the family knew about it, they would pretend they didn't know about it!

Apparently, it's still happening in some parts of Japan!!!
