Kill Kondo

Is it possibe at the beginning of the game? I hit him, but his life does not decrease. (He kill me very fast.) What should be the katana power to kill him?

It is DLC mission (i suppose). It's a job for Shirube on Main Square.

The shinsengumi guy? He is very powerful, but doable at the begining if you are good at dodging moves. Take down his vitality first, and you should be able to kill him provided you don't get caught in his combo.

yeah the game gives you a tip after chopping at him, to flip your sword and drain his vit first.

500 Power Unbreakable Katana with three Big Shot charms. It'll definately kill him.

You need to hit him with blunt side of weapon first to deplete his vitality then switch back to kill him

Oh god he is even worse then Kondo, I mean at least Kondo does have like 4 auto revives.

Kondo has the "iron wall" power which makes him invulnerable to normal damage, but it's just a gimmick since you can deplete his vitality and then kill him easily.

For the second mission: buy the medicine off Hijikata so you minimize your chance of getting killed, then focus on his vitality so he can't heal so you can play it safe and take your time.

Yeah thats what I did, bought 6 off him for 30k but only ended up using 2.

No. Prepare to lose them all. lol but if you do kill him and he drops a money bag XL, if you got a triple Midas Katana you can pretty much get more than 30k+

No but money isn't as hard to get in the game as you may think. Personally I farm the mission the guy near the front door of the magistrate gives that sends you to go kill like 25 yakuzas. So you do that get like 3k as a reward and another 3-5k from selling all the swords dropped by foes you slayed to complete it. Once thats done head back over talk to him again and repeat. It also improves the crime rate which in turn makes shop items much cheaper and there for less costly to buy. If all that wasn't good enough the mission also is a great way to progress to higher ranks in various fighting styles you are trying to master and of course log more kills on your favorite weapons.
