i'm play on The light of Hope Route
i don't know how to close casino search on internet people said need go to the Shrine at night day 2 i go but nothing there

or i just need close it on diffrent route? and re-play again?

Do flames of Prajna route and on day 2 night shrine there should be a quest that will do what you want, there be other ways but that should work.

You can either complete the game for Prajna, wich will close it for all subsequent playthroughs unless you support foreigners and open it again in one of them, or you need to visit the shrine right after the battle at harbor for shrine gates to open, and then visit it at night in day 2.
