ah okay there are no like, Walkthroughs on how to get certain swords like WOTS4 had, BTW do u know how to obtain dual swords? and how u unlock more bare handed techniques? So far what i know is the more you use something the more skills you unlock for it, So its the same as always but in WOTS3 you had to buy bare handed and dual blade skills so i dunno if its the same

That should help with what swords are dropped by what person.
Unlike the other games, the moves are separate from the weapons. This means you need to unlock style books (dropped from enemies). Some of them are from random enemies and some of them are from unique enemies that use those styles.
There are a few different unarmed styles

When you get 1,000 points, you can unlock the ability to use two swords at once; you get the points each time you clear the game. And unlock it from the main menu under "unlock".
You can see what moves require what things to be done to unlock them in the styles screen. You don't need to buy scrolls but you can buy them by going to the casino in the harbor (at night it's opened) and talking to the person and buying chips, then either buying more chips or playing poker (I'd save, then if you lose your chips, you can reload) and then trade them in to get scrolls.
But like I said, every move can be unlocked without using a scroll.
