Is this still a issue? Any idea how to fix? cause i cant switch between game and walkthrough

I'm very interested in this too, the game crashes every time i alt+tab and when i change the resolution (however it will save the change and restart at the correct resolution)
I heard it's a very common issue but i didn't find any fix

If you switch to windowed mode, you can alt-tab. You can then use an external program like Borderless Gaming to force windowed mode to be fullscreen. Not a "solution" persay but a viable workaround.

Edit: Borderless Gaming is on steam but it's also available as a free download.

thanks a lot that's very useful, playing fullscreen it's a problem anyway because the game seems to crash a fair amount when on fullscreen.
Borderless Gaming seems ok but I still hope they will fix this stuff, for what i can see it's a spread issue

It's been out for a while now, I kinda doubt we'll get any more bug patches unfortunately. With Depth of Field turned off and playing in windowed mode it's been stable enough for me, I just try to remember to save really often.

Just noticed that the game also crash when saving after "finishing" the game...
Does anyone know if this kind of crashes are happening in wots3 also? Because i was considering to buy that but i think if the situation is the same it's better if i dont
It's a shame, the game itself is fun and very unique but the instability problems are just too much for me

You could do something else instead maybe.. Been awhile since I played the game, but you should be able to open the steam overlay (Shift - Tab) And use your internet via the steam overlay to watch videos and facebook and stuff XD That's what I did, and I never crashed or anything.
