I think I read you need to play the three torture mini-games, 3x each.

What mini-game you get is dependent on your crime rate, whether its very bad, normal, or great.

You'll need to get caught by the magistrate, you can either step on a box in front of them, or attack someone.

thanks. sadly im already done with the game and on my way to wots 3. i doubt i'd find a goddess like mayu or chika but even so im looking forward to it! ^^
