Really? I can't stand this look for FF4. Unless there's an option to return to the 16 bit style or some other art style that doesn't involve bobbleheads, I think I'll be giving this a pass.

This is a port of the DS version, kinda inferior version of the game IMO.

Really wished they used Dissidia graphics when making these 3d final fantasy ivs. only reason i got it on ds was that it had voice acting too.

you should get psp anyway is my point has all the good rpg ports and widscreen too with more than 3 saves not just lazily ported and classic OST options

3D Final Fantasy IV predates Dissidia by a year, and considering it was a DS game Dissidia models would've been out of the question.

Charging a second time if you want to get a second completely separate game that was only bundled with what seems like a 20th anniversary version of the first game is completely normal.

That´s a very good reason, they want to milk the games. I prefer the FF IV Complete Collection for PSP, shame that they don´t give us that one.

agree 100% with OP - characters look wierd and creepy like some crap disney would give us. Its like pandering to children by showing it to have a Wii appearance yet the story itself is rather adult in comparisson to the appearance of the characters

I'm not a fan of the 3D art style they've been using in final fantasy's of late (4 heroes of light). I just don't enjoy looking at that, and I'd rather sprites. That being said I am an old school nut graphics wise so I am slightly biased on this.

So ppl here will dislike FF7 3D models for being "weird" too, no? Yet being one of the best installment of series...

SE has done a good point with FFIV, I played FFIV on PSX and was amazing, so this kind of IV with 3D will be new when I'll buy in future, not now cause of no money and other games await me, but I hope they done a good port because FFIV is one of the best stories on FF series and I totally recommend for his story and playability, don't be a graphicwhore pls or you will lose the chance to live this magic quest with Cecil.

I love that Square is adding more FF titles on Steam, but I do wish these DS ports also came with a bit port too. Maybe have ach;s for both, more gameplay and bang for your buck.
