Stuck on earth crystal part

They say to go north east to th cave but i cant find a way to get there. I can fly over it but i cant land on that island. Is ther another means of transportation that i need to get to reach this island?

Yes that th part they send you after th earth crystal afteroing into the castle finding it was already stollen

Any ideas on how to deal with the dark elf. right niw must of my armor is off becaus its metal and cecil doesnt have a sword if i can find a wooden one somwhere. But the DE hits alll my party for 9999 which is way over kill and cant avoid it so no matter what every round one dies.

If everyone is dying like that, you likely missed something back in the Castle of Troia. There is an old friend you need to visit there, which will lead you to getting some help for the Dark Elf fight.

Alongside that, you can still give Cecil a weapon that will compensate for the developers questionable decision to take away his ability to wield bows and staves. If you take a closer look at the weapon selection in Troia's Weapon Shop, you'll notice that all three sword-like weapons are actually non-metallic shards that will let him deal just a TAD more damage than just his bare fists.

It would also help to equip everyone with Kenpogi instead of that near useless leather clothing for added defense and evasion, and at least one Wizard's Hat for Cecil mostly to keep his Magical defense and evasion on par with the added defense he would get from the Kenpogi.

Lastly, depending on if you use the Augment system, it would be a good idea to replace Cecil's Cover ability with something else since he will auto-cover for whoever is in Critical Status. Even with the Kenpgi and being chucked into the back-row, he is still a "squishy wizard" at this portion of the game and will make you waste just as much of your MP and curative items on him as Tellah, who's an even frailer glass cannon with the remake's "hilarious" inclusion of weakening his strength and speed with each Level Up.

What about after you defeat one of the 4 major general, the 3rd the hurricane witch lady Where do you go then,,,? They weren't very specific other than we gotta go to the Underworld so I have no idea where to start,,,,,thanks!

Kain was give You Magma Rock, need go to Agart (Village, which located south from Baron, on island) and use this Magma Rock on Well in center of Village.
