Report a translation problem
As for the Writ, it does end up getting you an Augment, so I think it is worth picking up. However, there is generally no rush to do so, and you can get it near the end of the game.
(that is, unless you intend to give that Augment to one of the temporary party members. Even in that case, it isn't too bad.. a chest in Troia castle, post Dark Elf, has quite a bit of money, and boss battles can drop a decent amount as well)
Usually i can always buy it easily towards the end of the first playthrough
