Gremlin monster encounter in the tower of zot?

I just defeated the magus sisters, I've opened all the chests in the tower and I have completed every map in the tower. The last bestiary entry I need is a gremlin (I left the tower and summoned fat chocobo to certify).

The point is, I cant seem to be able to find it.

I don't think its found on the first floor since I've done almost 20 battles there with no luck.

I'm presuming that it has a low encounter rate or I'm simply not looking in the right place.

Help?

Should be able to find it on the second or fourth floor in the Tower of Zot if you're still there. They have a low encounter rate so be prepared to roam around there for awhile.
