Music skipping during intro movie

which update do you remember? microsoft update code number?

This just started happening to me as well, but I'm on Win 11. Any help would be appreciated. UPDATE: I installed the 25 FPS and Japanese audio patch, and now it works fine. I highly doubt it was the audio, so maybe try out the 25 FPS patch?

Too fix this problem, go into windows sound settings and turn on spatial sounds (sonic for windows headphones) this will fix the problem.
even when not using headphones, i dont know why but it works

I tried this, didn't work for me; opening movie music still skips.

Do you have multiple sounds cards/speaker options? you have to choose the correct one.
If you choose the wrong one (the one the game aint using) the fix wont work.

I'm using a razer headset and closing one of the razer programs fixed it. The karaken helper one in my case.
