What level do I need for Cid to play TOWER OF ZOT without problems ?

Currently I am grinding for the rainbow pudding for the rabbit in Agart, and Cid just reached level 35.

As my party was too weak for playing Tower of Zot or to loot Elban Castle, I decided to use black chocobos to explore the word a bit more and accepted the quest from Puddingway. After using Cids abilty to analyse enemies I havnt analysed before, I decided to go to the Antlion Cave for grinding a bit for leveling up my party and MAYBE get the rainbow pudding or goblin summon too ...

I know that it is more difficult, but I want to try the 1st run without augments.
If it gets to hard, I can always change my mind and use the augments I already have.

By the way, is it possible to get any augment in the 1st run before the dragoon Kain leaves the first time and do you get more augments for any augment you give to him before destroying the village with the bomber ring from the king ?

No. The first augment is Auto-Potion given by Rosa.

And as the sage Tellah is leaving the party after Annas death, this first augment should be used on him ?

No. The best choice is to give Auto-Potiom to Palom or Porom. I think you better finish the game so you can better decide when to play the second time. Some characters enter the group and leave. Then come back. Others join the group forever...

Just read that it's also possible to maximize stats for all characters with only 2 playthroughs if you're willing to find everyone an adamant armor ... I think I will try that

Yes, it is possible. I did something a little more complicated, which is to reach the maximum status of all the characters without equipping anything. Another interesting thing was getting the best equipment for each character. It is very time consuming.

Actually I am more the type of player which goes for the best equipment
