Which augment to give Fusoya
Currently on first playthrough; most guides say Eye Gouge which I don't currently have as I haven't got a rainbow pudding.
I currently have analyze, focus, gil farmer, inferno, tsunami, whirlwind and darkness.
Most guides also recommend giving focus + darkness to Kain and the 3 elemental augments are good for stat maxing.
Is Eye Gouge wasted on Edward if I end up giving him that.
Do I need to worry about darkness/focus on Kain given I can get them again on my 2nd + 3rd playthroughs?

Elemental augments are essential if you're planning to max stats in the 3rd playthrough. So, I recommend giving Fusoya Analyze and Gil Farmer augments; Analyze is, no doubt, useless and Gil Farmer is not very useful in the 1st playthrough and you only need one.

Giving Eye Gouge to Edward in 2nd playthrough is the best option, since most powerful monsters immune to Blind, also you'll waste one ability slot in order to use it while you can use Blind from Black Magic, so Eye Gouge is not worth keeping.

Darkness/Focus are somewhat important to boost physical attacks, Darkness give you x2 phyiscal damange, Focus multiply your physical attack by 2 times the number of focuses, they are the key augments for both Cecil and Kain.

Most augments, you'll get 3 of them in 3rd playthrough except Limit Break, Safe Travel, and Eye Gouge where you only get one each.

Yeah I was using the DS guide but it didn't specify what to do if you didn't have eye gouge and didn't want to end up wasting an important augment and have to restart my playthrough, thanks.

I was also confused when following the DS version for the first time, because there are some major differences. So be careful though, especially the stats from augments. Remember Steam version has only one Limit Break and stats gaining from augments is a bit different as well. Make sure to calculate your characters’ stats before leveling them up.

Just give whatever you feel like :D
Achievements is just Achievements.

But the logic is basically... give Augments that dont have much value to playable characters you wont end up with in the final part of the game.
