"Content file locked"?

I was playing the game normally and decided to look for "BlueLine" achievement. My idea was to check links given in credits. I clicked them and was redirected to the company sites. The game app closed itself.

After that I tried to launch it again, but received a message window "An error occured while updating Khet 2.0 (content file locked)" https://i.imgur.com/ZE4KBbo.png

I tried to reinstall the game and to relaunch Steam, but the same window keeps appearing. Turning on/off computer helped and the game finally launched.

Clicking the links once again made the same result as described above.
