Scoggins, Minnesota.
I know this might sound stupid, but I want to know... Does the town of Scoggins exist? I not a native from USA, and I would really like to go to there if it’s real.

Is there a place similar to Scoggins on Minnesota?

The setting is a humorous exaggeration of small town Minnesota life. The accents are rural Minnesota, particularly the area bordering Canada, which has a higher Scandanavian ethnic background.

The US does have small, insular towns dotted across its entirety. Minnesota as a location in particular also has a cultural ideal known as "Minnesota Nice" that can lend an air of creepiness as it can come across as hiding things or seeming passive aggressive for unknown reasons to outside viewers.
