Update 1.0.15 - Vote Kicking, Land Transfer Limits & Scenario Editor Effects

Player list and kicking - press Tab (can be changed in settings) in multiplayer to see everyone in the game. The host of a private game can kick players directly. Anyone can start a vote kick, which passes with votes from half the players (at least 2) within 5 minutes. You can also vote by typing /votekick @country in chat. Players who leave stay on the list for 5 minutes so a vote can't be dodged by leaving, and a kicked player can't rejoin that game.
When a scenario event starts a civil war in your country, you choose whether to stay with the government or lead the rebels.
You can build buildings in your puppets' provinces.
A cursor hint explains when troops can't attack from a third country's land because that country isn't at war with the enemy.
The stats page shows player names next to their countries in multiplayer.
The diplomacy panel shows that a puppet won't accept proposals, since only its overlord can.
Flag creator - lots of new icons, grouped by type.
Saving to a full disk shows a clear "not enough space" message, and overwriting a save no longer deletes the old one before the new one is written.

Scenario Editor

New event effects: Add Building, Add Units, Make Puppet, Transfer Puppet, Release Puppet, Annex Country with cores and military, Remove Devastation and Set AI Aggressiveness.
Custom Civil War effect - the rebels become a country you created with no starting land, so other events can reference it. The old effect is now called Simple Civil War.
Scenarios can have countries with no provinces, so they can be used in events. Formable nations can be referenced in events too.
New "Country does not own province" condition.
One event can be shown to several countries.
Country pickers are now searchable dropdowns with a pick on map button.

Balance

Province transfers: one transfer can hand over at most 20% of your provinces. After a transfer you have to wait 3 months before the next one, and you take +2% devastation for every province given away. Core provinces can only go to a country that also has a core there. Provinces an enemy has a core on can only go to a country at war with that enemy.
Declaring war on a country you signed peace with in the last year adds up to 30% devastation, fading over that year. The AI is also much less likely to break a fresh peace.
Non-core provinces contribute 20% of their recruitable population instead of 10%.
You can send up to 15% of your divisions as volunteers instead of 10%, and up to 4 divisions per agreement instead of 3.
On Easy and Very Easy, the AI picks player countries as war targets less often.
Minor countries offer alliances less often, focus more on nearby countries, and wait longer before asking again after being turned down.
Countries that start a scenario at war place most of their land troops on the front line.
Land that no country owns at the start of a game now has population.

Fixes

Fixed weird army pathfinding when moving between land and water.
The delete button on event effects in the scenario editor works again.
On Windows, the game window no longer sometimes opens behind the desktop, where clicks went to the desktop instead of the game.
Opening the build menu without a country no longer crashes the game.
Selecting an army from the army panel no longer also selects units from another army in the same province.
The stats page no longer shows manpower with decimals.
A server's game timer in the server browser no longer resets when it briefly loses connection to the matchmaker.
Fixed provinces in the 1936 and Modern scenarios.

Update 1.0.14 - Build Menu Hotkeys, Army Land Routes & Scenario Editor Fixes

New

Number keys 1 to 6 open and close the build menu tabs - units, buildings, economy, mobilisation, ideology and nations. Pressing the same key again closes the menu.
Every build menu hotkey is rebindable in the settings.
The cinematic camera controls are rebindable too. They keep their numpad defaults: 1 and 2 set the start and end points, 3 plays the move, 7 and 9 change its speed.

Fixes

Armies no longer route land units across water. Automated moves keep to land, so troops under army control are never sent into open sea where warships can catch them. Moves you order yourself are unchanged.
Formables were sometimes not allowed to form. Changing your ideology now updates the nations list right away, so a formable you have just become eligible for is available immediately.
An AI weight of 0 on a story event choice now means the AI never picks it, instead of quietly being treated as the default weight.
Saving an event in the scenario editor no longer closes it, so you can keep editing after each change.
Fixed delete event effect trash button not working in the Scenario Editor.

Update 1.0.13 - Country Locking, Early Peace Costs & Multiplayer Speed

Country locking - any multiplayer game can lock players to the country they picked, not just official servers. Host option, on by default. Leaving holds your country for a few minutes; losing it for good means a 10 minute wait, with spectating open meanwhile.
Hosting a game now defaults to public.
Scenario long descriptions raised to 500 characters.

Balance

Offering peace in a war that just started adds devastation, fading away over the first half year of the war.
Non-core provinces contribute 10% of their recruitable population instead of 5%, and the top three mobilisation steps gather manpower faster.
Speeds 4 and 5 are slower in every multiplayer game, not just official servers.

Fixes

Sending volunteers to allies is now possible.
Lifting an embargo now reaches puppets on both sides, and forming an alliance lifts the embargo between the two countries.
Chat no longer swallows clicks on the army assignment buttons, and clicking the chat bar focuses it.
Picking spectate in a running game moves you into it instead of leaving you on the selection screen.
A country held for the player who took it after you can no longer be pulled back from them.

why no population growth?

why is every country deadlocked to a population instead of having growth? it would be nice to be able to recover from big/ long wars or investing in cities increasing growth or something like that, just seems kinda weird that its so static

Good Game, but lack of manpower makes it almost impossible to play as the smaller countries.
I cant conquer the world as Finland because i can never have enough manpower to fight the big countries.

How do I call in allies to war?

I have a ton of allies, but I can't figure out how to call them into my wars. They don't join my wars, and I don't know how to invite them to my wars.

Flag making feature is great I've had so much fun making puppets, worldbuilding is really enjoyable

ジンバブエからアフリカ連合にするプレイですが、それよりもアジアの状況の方が興味深いw　ファシズム化して「ナショナリスト中国（笑）」と「インド新秩序」と変な名前になった両国がロシアを征服した後、ヨーロッパ連合軍との大激戦の末に崩壊したという。

ちなみに欧州連合へ変形することも出来ます。他にもローマ帝国、神聖ローマ帝国にもなれますが、民主主義から権威主義にイデオロギーを変えないといけません。

Surprisingly well made grand strategy with a lot of potential. It has a few rough edges though. For example, a small nation with lots of powerful allies can easily become a huge empire in a mere year. I watched many times like Czech Republic was attacked by Russia only to be defeated by allies of Czech Republic resulting in formation of a Czech Empire spanning through Europe and Asia. This definitely needs some balancing.

Will there be capitulation mechanics?

There's cores already, it'd frustrating trying to beat the Netherlands as the Reich, and having to go all the way to Indonesia. It'd be nice to have capitulation occur based on cores rather than provinces. Also, resources earned after capitulating a country. Maybe this exists and I haven't noticed, but it'd be nice....
