Upgrading Basic version to OTT version possible?

Well just like the Titel says, is there a way to get the OTT version of the game after i bought the basic version?

It always tells me i already own the game when i try to get the OTT version -.-

Yep, still an issue. I got gifted the base game and thought, "hey, I'll just upgrade it to the Deluxe or OTT edition." Can't do it. Not paying full price for another edition. Either provide a fair DLC-only purchase option, or this game is dead to me. ;P
