Sniper upgrades seem to be broken
Hello,

Been playing around with the new sniper turret. The upgrade cards do not appear to be getting correctly applied to the turret though.

Base sniper stats, on flat ground, seem to be 55% for damage, 30% for RoF and 30% for range when fully upgraded in the research tree.

Tried a play-through where I only picked damage increase cards for the sniper. None had any effect. Then randomly several turns down the track the damage bonus went to 85%. Now all my damage upgrade cards to that point happened to total 85%, but if it decided to randomly apply them, the bonus should have been 140% (the original 55% base + the 85% of upgrade cards).

I did another play-through targeting only range bonus cards. Again, nothing changed. I ended up picking 4 range bonus cards and one RoF card, but none of the base stats changed (both sat at 30%). Then, randomly, one turn, the damage bonus went to 75%, despite me having picked no damage cards.

I've tried not upgrading the tower itself, upgrading the tower, nothing seems to get the drawn cards to change the stats as expected.

Optimiser tower bonuses do work as expected though.
