Quick way to grind money
I mentioned this in another topic, but here's a really easy way to grind for gold late-game. This is useful to purchase STR/DEF seeds on Catastrophe mode (or heck, even just the HP seeds during standard play), particularly to make defeating Majunun less stressful.

I can't take credit for this, but basically, you want to find a room with a bunch of enemies clumped together close to a screen transition, and clear them out with lightning magic (be sure the enemies are on-screen, so the lightning is less likely to miss). The room in the Limewater Cave just south of where the Tabula is found is a particularly good spot (not sure if there's anything better or not, at least for gold). Equipment-wise, you'll want a maxed-out Ericcil (lightning sword) so your MP refills really fast, the Thief's Glove and Banded Mail for extra gold, and in this case, the Bell of Silence to damage the hard-shelled bugs in said room. Here's a video of this, if that helps:

This instance gives ~3,200 gold each time, though there will usually be a couple enemies remaining (no big deal). Maxing out your gold a time or two, and then purchasing solely STR seeds (or probably even DEF) ends up making Majunun a ton simpler. I was level 52 when defeating him via this method on Nightmare Catastrophe mode, whereas my Nightmare playthrough for the PS2 version (where STR/DEF seeds couldn't be purchased), I found level 54 to be necessary to reasonably defeat him. And trust me, after level 52/53, EXP grinding becomes quite the chore.

Thanks, was wondering if this is also good for money or only for leveling to 60. Did a couple tries on Majunun at level 51ish and honestly it wasn't that bad, as I spent quite a lot on str seeds already. It can't be stressed enough how much str seeds are better than just leveling up to 60 which will take tens of hours.

There's that one spot in Kishgal for Emel but I don't know if they drop as much golds.

Yeah, this is good for money, but not really for EXP. If it's just EXP you're after, best spot I can think of after the Ruins of Kishgal stops being useful are the bugs in Limestone Cave that spawn a multitude of little bugs. It's a pain in the butt, basically requiring you to keep the big bugs alive for efficiency so they can spawn the little ones faster. What I tried to do was get the big bug separated from me (behind an obstacle or something) such that I wouldn't have to worry so much about killing the big bugs.

Fair warning, though: this can take about an hour or so per level.
