What is up with that tapping noise when Adol is walking/moving?

Yes I was just gonna say something about it. It really takes me out of the game having to hear that clicking noise all the time. Is it normal?

Isn´t his armor? Maybe because of this, he no longer uses armor in recent games. And he has 3 swords on his hip, may be because they are clashing when he moves
