Can't change resolution

Game is always in 640x480 and ConfigTool doesn't help. It saves my settings but doesn't apply them.

Apparently the game saves config file in one place and reads it from another by default. Common.ini lets it to be changed. Now it works.

config_dx9.exe

by running this and then running the game through ys6_win_dx9.exe you can set up the graphics however you like

both of the above files are right in the folders where you installed the game

Run the config tool (config_dx9.exe), then the game (ys6_win_dx9.exe) in Windows XP (Service Pack 3) compatibility mode in the install folder.
This worked for me.
