Is this one DRM free like the previous YS games?

does it has the Galaxy.dll?

To make it simple, can you launch the game without the steam client? (Just log out from steam, and try to run the main exe file or it's config file.)

GOG & Humble don't count. I'm creating my own curator for DRM free steam games, and complete a list. I'm very confident Steam has more DRM free games than GOG itself.

Seven and Celceta were not my projects, so I can't really comment.
All of the ones I personally worked on (I & II, Oath, Origin, Ark) are DRM-free.

Well, I can assume that them being more recent game and port would make us wait a bit longer for an eventual DRM-free update.
