Cant get past lock in single player arcade.

I have bronze in every arcade game leading up to the lock and have gold on the after work challenge and it isnt unlocked how do i unlock the lock? http://gyazo.com/164ea71a5acd3ade7728d94ee6971a12

Just because you have gold or bronze in all of the arcade games doesn't mean it's instantly unlocked.
The final purchase in Chancy's upgrade store is the key that leads to the basement which lies 2 arcade systems. The key costs around 500 tickets.

The way to earn the exact amount of tickets is to get platinum in each and every level in the arcade in under 12 seconds. Platinum is better than gold, so keep that in mind.

The key does not cost 500 tickets. It also isn't the final purchase.

The final purchase is something like 483 tickets, but there are four other purchases between that and the basement key, and I don't recall the key being that expensive, so I'm thinking silver or gold on most of the currently available machines would be enough for the key.

The basement only contains two new arcade machines.

Edit: Actually, scratch that. I got the basement key after getting platinum on maybe four of the machines. You might even be able to afford it now, if not very, very soon. lol

yeah you need a platinum or two, not just on the arcades, but you will find him giving you side games eventually.

I know that this is cheating,but you can open up the concole and type in "spawn key 20 20",go to the second floor and at the very end of the hall,a key spawns.The key disappears every time you leave but your progress on the arcade machines are saved.
