playback <filename> - Plays back a given file. This causes a crash.
level <levelname> (offline) - Warps you into a specific deathmatch level (e.g. LEVEL FOREST20). Could be useful for familiarizing yourself with the levels.
call <player#> <function> (offline) - Causes a given player to perform a certain function(?). Perhaps like quacking, dying, etc. I'm not too sure about how this one works.
set <player#> <attribute> <value> (offline) - Sets a given attribute for a player to value. Presumably health, jumping height, etc. I'm not too sure about this one, either.
kill <player#> (offline) - Kills a given player. (e.g. KILL PLAYER2)
scorelog <player#> - Dumps out a list of statistics for a given player.
toggle <"parallax" or "background" or "foreground" or "game" or "HUD"> (offline) - Toggles aspects of the display on/off.
splitscreen (offline) - Toggles splitscreen on/off.
rhythmmode (offline) - Toggles rhythm mode on/off. Causes a crash.
qwopmode (offline) - Toggles qwop mode on/off.
showislands - No idea.
showcollision - Probably shows bounding boxes. Seems non-functional.
And that's it.
This one was posted this year,
and so was this one, just 3 hours apart from each other. It's amazing how a discussion from June 2015 can still live on in an insane way. It's not nesessarily "living on" but just that people still bother to comment on a discussion that someone probably already solved the problem, agreeing on something, etc. It's cool.
Do not put / or \, they don't work (e.g. KILL PLAYER#)
the commands "SET" and "CALL" has no relation with quack or death/health or jump height respectively
