Xbox 360 controls

Anybody have any any decent controller layouts for a 360 controller? I hate the default and was just wondering what you guys use.

What about the default layout do you dislike?
When I just started playing, I changed start to select and the button for ragdolling/tripping to pressing on the right analog stick. However that makes ragdoll jumping a lot harder and once I learned the technique I reassigned it to its original key. Personally I think the only misplaced command is Start being on Start rather than select, because it's too easy to accidentally hit start and pause your game while trying to pick up and shoot or equip.

but i really hated the button layout so...

I have jump on rt and strafe on lt rest is default

All I did is swap B and Y, making Y quack and B pick up/throw. (It works pretty well, but the only downside is now I have to use Y as the Back button because there's no option to set Back without changing Quack as well, unlike setting Jump and Confirm.)
