How is the single-player aspect of the game, is it fun playing solo?

When I search threads about solo, some say there's no AI, which is confusing, how does single-player work?

Solo mode is the Challenge Arcade, which has a variety of missions from standard timed platforming and target galleries to more bizarre stuff like rope swinging and chainsaw racing. The closest it gets to a 2D shooter is that some of the ducks spawned in the target galleries will have guns of their own. If you don't shoot them quick enough, they gun you down and you fail the challenge.

there is a single player Arcade mode. you do various challenges. there's not like a traditional AI that u can fight against in a "regular match" type setting, but there are some robo-ducks that spawn in some of the challenges that you have to kill that can also kill you (but dont move).

the solo stuff is good for learning the basic mechanics of the game so that youre not totally overwhelmed when you try multiplayer. theres also a speedrunning community for the challenges too, if you like that stuff.

but really the game is great for multiplayer, with friends or online. but be careful, online is very very very lethal these days lol
