How do you gift the 4-pack to your friends?

I just bought the 4-pack version of this game but I can't figure out how to send the other 3 copies to my buddies. Any instruction would be appreciated - im sure I'm just missing something obvious!

The extra copies should be in your steam inventory and they should have a 'send gift' option when you click on them.
