I've heard of pretty much all of this, but not the golden rock part. I mean if it's just dwayne johnson beating 9 year olds at duck game I wouldn't be surprised, but other than that I have no clue what it could be

The golden rock makes everyone die except for you if you hold it for 2~3 seconds. It can be found in bunker07 or randomly in red boxes, although this last one is extremely rare.
