Using 2 ps4 controllers Issue

I'm trying to play duck game with 1 keyboard and 2 ps4 controllers. The issue is that We can only get the keyboard and 1 controller to work. When the player with the controller hits x, they control 2 ducks... the 2nd controller can't do anything. Any ideas?

I viewed that link yesterday. I've tried that multiple times but still have the same issue.

My last response was totally wrong, you want to set keyboard to player 3 or 4. You always want the keyboard to be the last player. I just tested with my PS4, Xbox One and Steam Controller and it worked fine.

Are you using DS4Windows? It should work fine with multiple PS4 controllers if you use that.

Yeah, i got DS4Windows but it doesn't fix the issue. Whenever I hit start on 1 of the controllers, that controller controls 2 ducks. If I hit start on the other one it also controls 2 ducks. Kinda infuriating. I've put the player #s to 3 and 4 for keyboard but that doesn't help either.

Try hooking up the controllers via steam instead? I used DS4Windows and didn't have any problems but I also don't have two PS4 controllers.
